Colour Code

The exterior emulsion or masonry colour originally used by Sorohan Builders for the front of the houses in TUDOR LAWNS (and which was specified in the original plabnning permission for these houses) is known as ALABASTER by MAC PHERSONS of Camden St.. Dublin 2. The name is less important than the British Standard Colour Code which guarantees amn uniform colour irrespective of the name. The colour Code is : BS 04B 15 The colour code is important to maintain the overall uniformity of the estate. A similar colour is "Rosepetal" by DULUX. Black matt masonry paint is used on bottom of walls and Bondex Exterior Stain Finish, colour Ebony (893), black matt finish on the timber facade.. Windows/ Hall door are coated with clear varnish or teak varnish.
